I am inordinately proud of myself for ascending to the roof of my building
without getting dizzy, hurling, or slipping to my demise:

Hopefully these guys can fix it....
Nice views....that elementary school is now chopped up into very....unusual condos with original chalkboards and other school-days accoutrements....one unit has the entire school auditorium in it...ideal if you have your own performing arts troupe, or if you and your incredibly insane friends wish to put on your own shows for your own amusement....
