Richmond Philharmonic at the Robinson Theater in Church Hill

....from tonight's Richmond Philharmonic concert at the Robinson Theater Community Arts Center; the children in the appreciative audience listened to an entire Beethoven Symphony. I think I could see their minds e..x..p...a..n...d...i...n...g.....

...and Andre Gaskins dazzled us again....
I won't be surprised if seeing Andre play spawns dozens of baby cello players here in Richmond....

Thanks, Dean! I thought it was awesome. These were very little kids, and they sat through an hour of serious music, eyes wide open. Some of them moved in time to the music (which is great), but most were hypnotized.
