Contest #2: Where in Richmond?

Our last contest winner was Doug D., who correctly guessed that the Black Swan in this picture was referring to Black Swan Books!

His prize--he gets to buy me a cup of coffee at my favorite coffee place, Can Can!*

Don't get smug, Doug--this one will be even harder (as in actually hard.)

But don't despair--this is not impossible--super tall trees, monumental construction, those lampposts...that pathway--you can do it.
